When you create a Joejo + Nebria Candle Subscription you choose the frequency and we ship you a candle, either once a month, bi-monthly or quarterly at the discounted rate. Your subscription will renew and your account will be charged either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly until you cancel.

When you become a Joejo + Nebria Candle Subscriber you will receive one of our luxury candles either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. If you choose the Go & Glow Curated Monthly Subscription we will ship you a different candle from our collection of 12 each month for 30% OFF. When you subscribe to the Every Other Glow Curated option we will send you 1 of 6 curated candles bi-monthly for 25% OFF. The final curated option you can choose is our Seasonal Glow Curated which will bring you 1 of 4 curated candles from our collection once per quarter for 20% OFF. If you already have your favorite candle fragrance you can select which Candle you prefer by choosing the 'Selected' option and we will ship you that same candle either Go and Glow monthly for 30% OFF, Every Other Glow bi-monthly for 25% OFF or Seasonal Glow quarterly for 20% OFF.

Shipping is free for US Domestic Candle Subscriptions. If you live in the UK or Australia the cost for shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Yes, you can change your candle selection at any time. Log into your account, find and view your order when you purchased your subscription. View the related subscription on that order. Finally, you will find a 'Change Selection' button that will allow you to change your selected candle.

View the related subscription on your order. You can pause the subscription by toggling the 'Auto-Renew' option to the off position. You can set the 'Auto-Renew' option back to the ON position when you would like your subscription to continue. You can cancel your subscription by clicking on the Cancel button.
