At JoeJo + Nebria, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@joejonebria.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of any damaged or defective items
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and processed.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I Return an Opened Product?
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns for a full refund on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at hello@joejonebria.com, and we will work to make it right.
Product Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in wax appearance, fragrance color, labeling, or packaging may occur. These natural variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
I Don’t Have a Return Slip
No problem. We do not include return slips in our shipments.
Simply email hello@joejonebria.com with your order number from your confirmation email, and a member of our team will assist you with the return process.
